Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability for 2026-2030
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical initiatives with business objectives
- Quantify ROI of emerging technologies and present investment cases to executive leadership
- Establish KPIs to track technology adoption and market impact
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience scaling technology ventures from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
