Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum-secure AI, neural interfaces, carbon-negative tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats and opportunities in the 5-year tech landscape
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Design ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric technologies
- Mentor junior strategists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global partnerships)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF)
