Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and climate tech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech adoption barriers
- Produce strategic white papers on human-AI symbiosis and ethical automation
- Partner with product teams to implement 2026-ready features
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impact on innovation
- Represent the company at Davos, Web Summit, and SXSW 2026 forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- PhD or equivalent in AI, Quantum Computing, or Systems Design
- Published author in IEEE Nature or similar top-tier journals
- Proven track record of scaling tech from prototype to global adoption
- Expertise in ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
- Portfolio of implemented 2020s-era innovations
