Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead the migration of legacy ML models to next-generation distributed computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and security experts.
- Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews and technical architecture reviews.
- Optimize neural network training pipelines for reduced latency and increased throughput.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML system architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
