Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with measurable ROI
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership, and patent initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI governance, blockchain, neurotech, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy, IIT)
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ innovation budgets
