- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 market projections and regulatory frameworks

- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, decentralized AI)
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI across 15+ product lines

- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members quarterly
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and responsible AI governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrable impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, biotech convergence, or metaverse architecture
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into executable business plans
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
