Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends
- Design immersive future-state simulations for stakeholder decision-making
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to incubate 2026-ready product concepts
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar methodology
- Experience leading complex cross-continental projects
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
