Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models and strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future paradigms
- Conduct cross-industry research and synthesis of data from quantum computing, neurotech, and climate resilience sectors
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder presentations on future implications and strategic pivots
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on emerging socioeconomic and technological shifts
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers for continuous intelligence gathering
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic risk assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or strategic frameworks
