Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts through 2026
- Develop future-proofing roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, energy, and mobility sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops using horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
- Produce strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market needs
- Present future trend insights at industry conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
