Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Produce trend analysis reports identifying market disruptions and competitive threats
- Design scenario planning models for geopolitical and technological uncertainties
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation priorities with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and research centers
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and patent landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
