Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives to identify disruptive innovations and market inflection points
- Design and facilitate executive-level scenario planning workshops to prepare for 2026 technological disruptions
- Author thought leadership white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation summits
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technologies through stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy
- Mentor innovation teams in applying futures-thinking methodologies to product development
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation human-machine interaction paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Demonstrated success influencing C-suite decisions with data-driven future narratives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio published in peer-reviewed journals or industry-leading publications
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., from World Futures Federation) preferred
