In this pivotal position, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify breakthrough opportunities across quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech ecosystems. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and market expansion strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026-2030 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning models for emerging tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board and investor community
- Manage a $2M innovation budget for pilot projects and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
