Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive futures and black swan events
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions using agile methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional teams on strategic foresight frameworks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations to pioneer future studies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and disruption modeling frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex insights into executive narratives
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing strategic decisions
