- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) for business applications
- Lead scenario planning workshops with cross-functional innovation teams
- Design human-centric adaptation strategies for workforce transformation
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present trend insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Monitor global innovation indicators and geopolitical shifts affecting future landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Deep understanding of SDGs, ESG frameworks, and sustainable innovation
