Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Produce strategic foresight reports quantifying market impacts of future scenarios
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Strong track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or MFIA) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive stakeholder management experience
