Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author executive-level trend briefings and disruption impact assessments
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Integrate foresight insights into corporate strategy and product development lifecycles

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, R&D, or futurist roles at tech-forward organizations
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies certification (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks with measurable impact
