Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or futurism roles within tech/pharma/energy
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning tools and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
