- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and innovation methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight frameworks and trend analysis
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-proofing strategies for enterprise clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
