Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop and maintain comprehensive future scenarios with strategic implications for business operations
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision and market evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies across departments
- Present future outlooks and strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and boards
- Monitor global signals of change in technology, policy, and consumer behavior
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer emerging solutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven experience developing future scenarios and translating them to business strategy
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects with measurable impact
