- Establish KPIs and success metrics for emerging ventures with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Curate industry partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for long-term strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
