Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster creative problem-solving and future-visioning
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry experts, academic partners, and innovation hubs
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitor landscapes to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, Web3, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership on innovation or future trends (articles, whitepapers, books)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
