Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and communicate scenario-based strategic roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future business models
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure strategic foresight outcomes
- Curate thought leadership content positioning the company as a future-shaping authority
- Mentor teams in adaptive strategy methodologies and trend literacy
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend mapping methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data visualization skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and driving organizational change
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
