- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategy with emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Design scalable frameworks for exponential technology adoption
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leadership Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Published research in technology or innovation journals
