Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation portfolios
- Author executive briefings and trend reports that inform long-term capital allocation decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Mentor junior strategists in future-casting methodologies and systems thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
