Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise innovation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario planning documents
- Partner with R&D teams to identify breakthrough innovation opportunities
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
