Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Lead high-impact innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-state solutions
- Produce executive-ready trend reports on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Architect roadmaps for exponential growth initiatives aligned with UN SDGs and climate action
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of future-ready capabilities
- Mentor cross-functional teams in design thinking and disruptive innovation methodologies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., SIFT, Delphi)
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation initiatives with global impact
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state transformations
