Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Proficiency with AI-powered trend analysis platforms (e.g., Trendscope, Futurly)
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets for transformational projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS from Association of Professional Futurists)
