Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions addressing 5-10 year market shifts
- Deliver executive briefings on future risks and competitive landscapes
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to accelerate future-ready product development
- Author thought leadership publications positioning the company as a future-thinking authority
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience communicating complex future concepts
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Track record of driving enterprise-level innovation initiatives to market
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFTR) strongly preferred
