Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Build and maintain relationships with futurist networks, academic institutions, and technology pioneers
- Present visionary findings to executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Mentor innovation teams in foresight methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trend analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (preferred)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFt, CFS) or equivalent experience
