You'll pioneer methodologies for trend analysis, scenario planning, and rapid prototyping, ensuring our organization remains ahead of innovation curves in an exponentially evolving world.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to identify transformative opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on future market disruptions
- Architect innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping of futuristic concepts
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations at global innovation forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in rapid prototyping and MVP development for futuristic concepts
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technological disruption
- Advanced degree in relevant field (Futures Studies, Engineering, Business, or equivalent)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology implications
