Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify emerging trends in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for 2026 market disruptions and opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing technologies
- Create executive-level strategic briefings on future market landscapes and competitive positioning
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Drive integration of ethical innovation principles into product development lifecycles
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven experience developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM) strongly preferred
