Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and socio-technological shifts
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive trend intelligence database with predictive analytics
- Facilitate innovation workshops and scenario-planning sessions with cross-functional teams
- Author strategic foresight reports and executive presentations on emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global innovation conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy and product development
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, neurotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience facilitating cross-functional innovation processes and leading change initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic foresight work and published thought leadership
