Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, society, and markets to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and maintain the company's innovation roadmap, integrating emerging technologies with strategic business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation initiatives
- Produce compelling scenario analyses and future-state reports for executive decision-making
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Champion a culture of innovation and future-readiness across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with proven impact on organizational transformation
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trend analysis
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with experience influencing executive audiences
- Track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology, or related field preferred
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner) strongly preferred
