Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market opportunities
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and risk mitigation strategies
- Build and manage an ecosystem of industry experts, startups, and academic partners
- Translate foresight insights into product development, R&D priorities, and investment decisions
- Author thought leadership content and represent the company at global innovation forums
- Mentor next-generation futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation case studies
