Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and client strategic goals
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and transformation strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and keynote major tech conferences
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 major innovation initiatives implemented
