Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision through comprehensive foresight research and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future technology adoption curves and market disruption vectors
- Produce actionable strategic frameworks for executive leadership and board committees
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Quantify future scenarios using predictive modeling and scenario planning methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align emerging technologies with long-term business objectives
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and external industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures research or strategy publications
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CSO, WFS) preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on strategic transformation
