Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation portfolios
- Produce forward-looking scenario analyses for geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation velocity and market readiness
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly pivot protocols
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for exponential technology deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent domain expertise
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology landscapes
- Exceptional data visualization and strategic storytelling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages for data modeling
