Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging trends for 2026+ across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof solutions
- Produce scenario analyses and risk assessments for technological disruption
- Advise C-suite on strategic pivots and market positioning
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author thought leadership on future technology impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Published author or speaker on future trends (TED, WEF, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
