Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to translate future insights into product roadmaps and market opportunities
- Design and execute 'Future Intelligence' programs integrating AI forecasting, behavioral economics, and exponential technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with quantified impact projections
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Create immersive 'Future State' workshops for clients and internal teams to align on long-term vision
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms shaping 2026+ industries
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D with demonstrable impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Experience designing and implementing innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 organizations
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience at global forums
- Portfolio of published futures research or strategic transformation initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from APF or INSEAD)
