Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Develop and maintain the 2026 innovation roadmap with 3-5 year strategic projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate risks
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global research centers
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and social shifts impacting future business landscapes
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (e.g., Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Economics)
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences
