- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready business models
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and investor boards
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers using proprietary trend-tracking methodologies
- Publish industry thought leadership in partnership with MIT Media Lab and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into billion-dollar business opportunities
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and predictive modeling platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
