- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market evolution

- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members with actionable recommendations

Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting and implementing future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, and neurotech
