Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum computing and AI ethics
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Design and implement scenario planning frameworks for global market volatility
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in futures/foresight roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Experience presenting to C-suite and influencing organizational strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
