Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps through trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate emerging tech (quantum, bio-AI, metaverse) into product pipelines
- Author whitepapers on societal impact of 2026 innovations for C-suite and government stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen interfaces (neural, AR, haptic)
- Establish KPIs for measuring 2026-readiness across organizational functions
- Curate annual 'FutureTech Summit' featuring 2026 visionaries
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future tech R&D
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-critical domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity impacts
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
