Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess business viability
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with executive stakeholders
- Create innovation frameworks to prototype and scale future-focused initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future visions to investors and board members through compelling narratives
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles at tech-forward companies
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovation leadership and future-proofing projects
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Strategy preferred
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive modeling a plus
