Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop and communicate strategic innovation roadmaps that align with corporate vision and market dynamics
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions across digital and physical domains
- Partner with executive leadership to integrate foresight frameworks into long-term planning and resource allocation
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Measure and quantify innovation ROI while adapting strategies to evolving market conditions
- Champion a culture of experimentation through hackathons, innovation sprints, and trend-forecasting workshops
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies in tech or Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile innovation frameworks (Scrum, Lean Startup)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovation initiatives with measurable business outcomes
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
