Responsibilities

- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for product/service evolution
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and boards
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects with 5-year viability
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Strong background in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
