Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify emerging market disruptions and opportunities
- Prototype and validate future-facing solutions using agile methodologies and rapid experimentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present future visions to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Mentor cross-functional teams in design thinking and exponential technology applications
- Monitor global tech trends, patent landscapes, and socio-economic shifts affecting our industry
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field required
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning frameworks and innovation methodologies
- Certification in Foresight (ACF) or equivalent preferred
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
