Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, aligning with global market evolution
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, and climate adaptation domains
- Champion organizational culture of experimentation through hackathons and innovation sprints
- Present strategic foresight to stakeholders using immersive VR/AR visualization frameworks
- Build and manage external ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design and implement KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or Technology Innovation
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and disruptive technology adoption curves
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology implications (patents, white papers, or TED talks)
- Experience scaling innovation programs from concept to enterprise-wide implementation
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
