- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks for product development and business expansion
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating future insights into actionable roadmaps
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to track breakthroughs
- Advise executive leadership on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity identification
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Deep expertise in technology adoption curves and disruptive innovation models
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, STEEPLE)
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech and venture capital ecosystems
